pleasant stay but minor improvements needed
The Beautiful Double Room was impressively spacious, allowing me to feel comfortable . The staff consistently were really nice, offering friendly service with genuine smiles that created a warm atmosphere. I enjoyed the lovely garden view from my balcony.
The breakfast options, while good, could use more variety to cater to different tastes.

Our room at the poolside had a good view. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the center of Ubud.
Amenities of our room were in bad condition. The sink was leaking , nobody could/would repair it. 2 bulbs were missing, it took 2 days to replace. The open air bathroom was completely floaded after rain.

Incredible brand-new hotel with huge rooms. A special thanks to the employees with what seemed to be the duty manager. Marvellous and fab location to the Art Market in a nice area. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Ubud.

Spacious Junior Suite with Pool View offered a serene escape. The afternoon tea on the rooftop was a good bonus. The pool provided a perfect spot to unwind after exploring, and the friendly staff always were pretty good. Interconnecting rooms would enhance family stays significantly, and the pressure to book tours detracted slightly from the experience.

Good location
No Wi-Fi in "room".. Shocked! Kind of stupid... lighting is really dull!

The pool bar closes too early!!! Guests should not be allowed to 'reserve' loungers left unattended for hours!!! Effective towel tracking is necessary like a juvenile system!!! Room options lack interconnecting features, which hampers family stays!!!

We liked the room and the swimming pool.
There was a rebuilding going on. For the rest it is a very small hotel with only a little reception. It looked more than a abackpackers hotel than a hotel for which one should pay 80 dollars per night.

It's in a great location, but the noise from nearby concerts at night was a bit annoying. A lovely experience 🌿

We found the Ubud Village Hotel to be excellent value, great location for sightseeing and shopping. Room was very comfortable and loved the sunken bath - wonderful for soaking aches and pain after a hard day's sightseeing! Reception staff were very helpful with information and posting our post cards. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
The only negative was the fact that sand wasn't swept off the floor but considering the amount of building work going on it would be very difficult to keep on top of this. We look forward to seeing the new section next visit.

Incredible, exceptional staff, awesome location next to attractions and shops, Ubud's market, and the local cafes/restaurants. Well presented food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.
Beds were quite hard.

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing.
We faced some issues that were quite frustrating. The staff tried to upsell us on activities and pressured us for reviews during our last day. I noticed some inconsistencies with the pricing for tours compared to others I spoke with as a guest.
